As original, aeronautically designed headquarters of Qantas, No. 1 Chifley certainly didn’t deserve to be discounted as a stale and lower quality building for today’s businesses. Through our truth-seeking, we unearthed many wonderful insights about its history, design, and location. As a result, a new way of seeing No. 1 Chifley as a contemporary yet timeless corporate treasure, deserving a new distinguishing vision, identity, and way to communicate its heritage and uniqueness ensued. Rather than history becoming an obstacle, the heritage and history of the building became the selling point and a place where progressive businesses can carve out their own bright future and make history where others made history.
