Dexus
Where brand interacts with space
As part of a prospective tenant pitch, Dexus was required to provide ideas on how one of its commercial buildings could respond to ING’s need for a groundfloor customer interaction centre.
After receiving a traditional response from an architect team, Dexus turned to Monogram to provide a more innovative solution that demonstrated Dexus’ understanding of ING’s business and how it could successfully integrate at the 309–321 Kent Street location.
Solution design begins with deep research
Digging deep into ING’s brand enabled us to understand their business requirements, how ING would like to project its business in a high profile customer-facing environment, and how that matched up with the actual specific site.
The insights uncovered innovative and highly flexible location options on the site, reflecting ING’s personality as an innovator, dynamic and leading-edge, full of possibilities and choices.
Extending the potential of solution design
Dexus was proud to present thoughtful and creative options that matched the brief, stretching it into a solution design with potential for commercial uses beyond the CIC and into pop-ups and other rental revenue streams.
