Located Strategically located in the inner west suburb of Alexandria, Bowden House was created to attract and capture the movement of businesses away from traditional office settings in the CBD and address the growing need for designed spaces that offered a blend of home and work. With the research and strategy that we conducted, the messaging and creative was curated to target these businesses to become the ideal tenants for the new building.
