60 Margaret Street is located in the middle of Wynyard Hub, an area in the midst of phenomenal transformation.

Struggling to make it onto tenant rep shortlists, the building, although A Grade, was tired and uncontemporary; older stock with an 80’s aesthetic and unconventional floor plates.

With a significant lease expiry on the way, we were tasked to reposition the asset, develop a brand identity, and leasing campaign that would showcase the core benefits of 60 Margaret in a way that would differentiate it from other buildings currently being built and refurbished close by.
