Repositioning & Leasing Campaign 

60 Margaret Street is located in the middle of Wynyard Hub, an area in the midst of phenomenal transformation. Struggling to make it onto tenant rep shortlists, the building, although A Grade, was tired and uncontemporary; older stock with an 80’s aesthetic and unconventional floor plates.

With a significant lease expiry on the way, we were tasked to reposition the asset and develop a brand identity and leasing campaign that would showcase the core benefits of 60 Margaret in a way that would differentiate it from other buildings currently being built and refurbished close by.
