Located in the ‘luxury row’ of Sydney CBD. This 25-year-old premiere A-grade office tower was faced with disruptions to its position in the 60 Castlereagh Street, and the journey and arrival experiences.
Being located in an area that is undergoing massive transformation. It is critical for us to reposition the tower in a smart and genuine way to guide the short and long term leasing strategies, retain existing tenants and convert prospects.
