Repositioning + Leasing Campaign

As the owner of 9 Castlereagh Street, Charter Hall engaged us to help refresh the commercial marketing assets for this Sydney iconic landmark building.

We were tasked with repositioning 9 Castlereagh Street as a “building with a difference,” aimed at attracting high calibre tenants in order to lease up the remaining floors and suites. We were asked to take a new approach to property marketing inclusive of supplying new compelling messaging and a sophisticated visual aesthetic with cut through.
