Parramatta is in the midst of the greatest boom in its history, transforming into Sydney’s biggest growth centre for the next 5 years. On the rise with strong positive indicators for an exponential opportunity, GPT has identified its own opportunity there in the development of 32 Smith Street, designed by the award-winning Fender Katsalidis Architects.

Monogram was asked to position 32 Smith Street and bring it to market with a leasing campaign that would secure a pre-commitment and begin to shift the perception of Parramatta into a desirable location for business, establishing a new benchmark for Parramatta’s commercial market.
